Forum Pros:
Great banner. Very unique and original! I like the guy who has the two hand machine guns. Looks very nice, and represents the part of your forum name "Showdown".
Lots of forums to post in. (See cons)
Log's Factory forum icons look pretty nice. You should try adding a space in front of each one though so there is room between the icon and the other icon that displays whether a forum is new or old.
Forum Cons:
You have a lot of forums to post in. However, they are really inactive. Then again your site just opened, but try to post a LOT in each one just to get them all started. You should also think about making each category alphabetical.
Your banner is nice, but you should really get it centered. It would look more professional.
The forum icons really ruin it. It would fit beautifully if they didn't have white outlines. At least 2 of them are really choppy around it. You should try and find icons that are transparent around them. It would look much better.
The marquee text is distracting and hard to read. I am talking about the text that is scrolling to the left (marquee text).
Final/General Thoughts:
Get rid of the marquee text, and change up those icons. Center your banner.

The banner looks nice and unique. I liked it a lot.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
Not too much activity, and all of the icons (the pictures you inserted) are all different sizes.
