Forum Pros:
The skin looks really good. I don't know if it's a default skin, but it does look very clean. The colors are very pleasing, and sync up real nicely. Your forum's layout is also A+. From categories, and board listings, it seems you already knew how this set-up goes, and you followed it nicely.
The forum icons look nice, too, match up perfectly. And go very well with the rest of the layout.
Forum Cons:
I don't see how you missed this, but you forum banner is way out od line. It's like it;s "indented" all the way to the left. You need to use some <center> tage to line it up with the forum. It's look reall bad the way it is now. As, for your categories, there really isn't a need to have descriptions under the categories, just make sure you have good board descriptions.
And, you've seem to leave alot empty in the forum. Never start advertising, until you have something in each board. Empty sections look very unattractive, when trying to get new members interested in posting ... pave the foundation, and activity will more likely come easier, than expecting members to get those section started for you.

The skin, so far. But I'm guessing it's a default skin selection. If you made it, than keep i, cause it does lookm good the way it is.

The misaligned banner. Really makes the forum look disorganized from the start.

Get a little more activity, and prove to me you want this forum to work, but not waiting for activity. You have 9 memebrs, but only 18 posts, very poor stats. Your forum has been open for almost 10 days, and all you have in total is 18 posts .... it's time to make some topics, and make them yourself.
