I think that your skin is pretty good, and it blends well with the banner up at the top.
The name has a nice ring to it, and it is easy to remember.
It's great to have an Arcade on a forum, it attracts members and convinces guests to register. Good choice with the arcade.
Your layout is simple and easy, and not overdone.
Forum Cons:
The board confuses me. Just calling a forum " Teh Forum " ( essentially, just " the forum ) isn't really doing anything for me as a guest. You need to make it more clear what your board is about... even the description under the banner doesn't help anyone... " We do what we want when we want. " doesn't answer anything.. you need to put what your board is about ( I suppose it is general chat forum )
The homepage is unorganized, and there's a big blank spot right under the " Recent Topic " widget.
I'm not getting that category down there called " CIA Holding Room " and it has a forum games board... it just looks sort of, well, to be honest, dumb. I don't think you should have that there if you want to be taken seriously.
Final/General Thoughts:
Your site is confusing to me, to say the least. I honestly have no idea what your board is about.. you need to either change the name or make it clearer of what the board is about.. " Teh Forum " is really not answering any questions.
On the positive side, you have a good theme going on, it doesn't seem like you're overstaffed, you set up boards perfectly ( other than the " CIA Holding Room ) and didn't overdo them like what I see on a lot of new forums.
