Forum Pros:
I suppose it is a Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana forum - I have to say, The banner looks great, and your welcome message is superb.
I also am very pleased with how you organized your boards with the witty titles such as " The Tabloids ".. things like this really brighten the guests day.
On top of that, I'd like to complement how you're the only staff member. It's best this way when your board is young and new

Forum Cons:
Not a lot of cons to mention at all.. your board layout is phenomenal other than the board you have " Rec Room ".
I have to suggest you make this a subforum of your Broad Banter board, as there is no need to give forum games its own forum entirely.
I know you probably can't control that advertisements placement so you're not going to lose any points for it.. It's just a little obstructing up there. If you can change it I would suggest moving it down to the bottom.
Oh, and please don't have a spam area

Final/General Thoughts:
You've got a great board here with great potential. I don't have a lot to suggest other than you can't rely on posting on your own to yourself on one account to gain activity. You need to advertise heavily, and you really need to start by registering dummy accounts on your forum and posting to yourself. Utilize paid posting services, posting exchanges, member exchanges, registration exchanges, etc.
You've got the basics down, now it's time to bump up activity
