Statistics & Activity
You've started off well being open since last month and you already have over 100 members on your forum. I'd say you're doing pretty well. The only thing concerning that is to not get complacent and slow down or stop trying to attract new members to your forum. If you do that then your forum will eventually die out. You have to continually show interest in your forum or your members will think you don't care. Part of showing interest will involve posting around the forum periodically (at least) and taking part in the discussions. After all, how can you expect your members to take part and show interest in your forum if you don't? Also, you might try holding a contest every once in a while and award prizes to the winner. It would be a great idea to have a contest that ties in very well with the niche` of your forum.
Weaknesses:
Graphics
While your forum looks neat and clean, you don't have anything special when it comes to the features of your forum. What I mean by that is your forum doesn't stand out from the crowd when it comes to the "look" of your forum. You need to make your forum "look" different from all of the other forums out there that are general discussion forums. You don't want to look like everyone else or people will begin to just skip over your forum because it isn't different. You can go to the "Graphic Marketplace" area of the forum and request some graphics that may help you make your forum look different.
Content
The same goes for your content that I mention with your graphics. You do have quite a few members posting and that's good. However, you need to make sure that your content stands out from the crowd rather than just blending in. Otherwise, a guest who is viewing your forum for the first time won't join because the discussion is the same that it is at any other "general discussion" forum. You need to create topics that are different and diverse so that you are set apart from other similar forums.
Final Remarks:
I think you have a good, fast growing community. However, I think with a few changes here and there, you can make it an even better community. Don't give up. Your forum has the potential to be a great community.
