Forum Pros:
You have a nice skin, I also like the VB forum you have. Great software.
Forum Cons:
It's hard to tell your site is about ToonTown. You need to make that more recognizable.
As far as I can tell, your site seems to be general discussion. You need to get a more cartoony skin, and request a ToonTown type banner here. I would have absolutely no idea your site is about ToonTown if I didn't see the description. You also have too many boards. Your site is brand new, and small at first. You don't need so many discussion forums on such a little board. Cut out the unnecessary, and combine some of the boards together. You shouldn't have more than 3 boards in each area on a new forum.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
Your software, and your domain name. This is excellent, you're off to a great start.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
That you can't tell that your site is about ToonTown.

Making the theme more about ToonTown. Put some bugs bunny, and some other stuff like that having to do with ToonTown.
