Theme
The first thing I noticed when I visited your site was it's theme. It's an easy on the eyes theme that suits the forum's genre perfectly, and I really like the way it has the effect of being in a theater. Your logo is really nice too, and fits in perfectly with the theme.
Having said that, I do have a couple of suggestions when it comes to appearance. Firstly, the admin rank image is not aligned properly. It looks out of place in threads where it is now, it would look so much better if it were centered below the avatar. Another thing that could be improved is the favicon. The favicon you have now looks as if the side of the T has been cut off to me, and I'm not a fan of the font being used either. Perhaps a mini version of the play symbol you have in the logo would look better, and it would be much more likely to catch my eye in a long list of bookmarks over the letters YT.
Weaknesses:
Content
The content on your forum is definitely something that can be improved and would help with activity. While some boards have plenty of threads to reply to, there are others with only one or two, and there's one board with no posts at all. This really makes the forum look less active than it really is and can be off putting to potential members. I would suggest creating some new threads for all boards with less than 5-10 threads in them. This should spark some discussion while also creating more of a balance in the layout. If you're finding it difficult to create threads in some boards, you may want to consider merging some of them together.
Staff
The first thing I noticed is you have two seperate groups for moderators, one for the head moderator and another for the global moderators. I'm not sure an entirely new group is necessary, a head moderator rank and perhaps a slightly darker colour should be enough.
You have five staff members in total, three of them being administrators and two moderators. Out of the five staff members, only two of you have been active on the forum recently. Dusan, Chivano, and MrC all have less than 10 posts right now which really does not look good. Your staff have to be active and posting around in order to encourage members to join in. For the number of members you have I really don't see any point in having so many staff members to begin with. I suggest contacting them and asking them to improve their activity, and if that doesn't help, there's not much point in keeping them around.
Activity
As of right now you have had 529 posts since you opened in February, which is an average of 15 posts per day, which isn't too bad but could certainly be improved. You have 71 members registered, which gives you an average of approximately 8 posts per member. That's a bit low, and I see a lot of members with zero posts on the members list. I suggest completing a few exchanges, sending out a mass email, and advertising on similar youtube and entertainment type of sites to pick up some more traffic. A contest or two could also encourage new members to join, especially if you can afford a good prize. With some effort and dedication, I can definitely see this site becoming more popular.
Final Remarks:
Your theme along with it's logo looks wonderful, but the content and activity is where this forum is lacking. With more content and lots of advertising, I can see this forum becoming bigger and more successful in the future. Good luck! 🙂
