Logo
One of the first things I saw when I went to your forum was your logo. I actually was pretty happy with it. It seems to fit your forum well. I also really enjoyed the "Zoom" feature that happened when I rolled over it. The one thing I noticed though is that the slogan text is a little off center - moving that over a little to the right will make this perfect.
Interactive Features
It appears that your forum has numerous interactive features. As I mentioned above, I really enjoyed the little extra detail that it gives. It isn't just on your logo and sponsor area. Your category collapse and expansion, as well as your forum jump all give your forum a nice touch. While this isn't a major thing, it is a fun detail that I'm sure your members will enjoy.
Weaknesses:
Forum Appearance
I think one of the weakest areas of your forum is your forum's appearance. When I saw your signature, I expected to be navigating into an almost turquoise/white/lighter theme based off of your signature, however I was shocked to find that your forum matched none of these colors. That's okay, but I do suggest altering your signature colors to match it. More importantly, let's discuss your actual forum. When looking around, I noticed it is a dark theme with lime green. However, your theme has some elements to it that seem a bit unrefined. Let me elaborate. First off, the background doesn't cover the entirety of your forum. When I view it, I can see where the background ends. It is a little bit weird looking, and could use fixing. Next off, your forum uses a block-style design to separate categories, however this design appears unfinished. It has a header image that also contains your forum's category names, but it lacks a footer to show where the category finishes. (If you are unsure what I am talking about, compare your forum to FP. We have a header for each category, and then a footer that closes up each category.) Without it, some sections look like they never finish, and lead to a more confusing design. This is really visible in the Info center, where I can't tell where the forum area ends and the footer begins. Also, I am really confused by the random emoticon by the login box. It appears to do nothing. I would recommend removing that. Additionally, the red on black clashes ever so slightly. All in all, I think I would recommend looking into another theme. I think that as your chat forum advertises "Out of this world" discussion, I would look for something that uses more earthy colors (or maybe matching the colors in your signature). But this is a matter of taste. I will let you decide what you think on this matter.
Layout Elements
I noticed that your forum has a slighly problem with layout. This refers back to the design, and is mainly a coding issue. I noticed there are two specific areas where it is evident that the layout needs seems adjustments. One would involve the "Last Post" section in each category. It appears that these sections aren't uniform, meaning that they are not lining up with each other. It is relatively minor, however, it would help your forum out to fix it. Additionally, I noticed your community banners in the footer aren't centered right. I'm unsure if they are deliberately offcentered for style or if they are the result of a coding error. I would recommend making them line up with each other as well.
Final Remarks:
It was a pleasure to review your forum. I really liked some of the elements featured in your forum, however I think that a new theme may offer more to your forum. That is a bit more of a personal choice, though. If you choose not to, there are numerous parts that you can improve that will really help your forum out.
