Forum Pros:
You offer an abundance of services, you shaped up the layout since the last review, and you fixed the problems with the resources and services that you guys offer. Good job here.
Another pro is your theme and the design of the site, the advertisement seems to pull relevant content, which is a serious plus.
Forum Cons:
If you recall your last review, the main reason I deducted so many points was due to the laziness and inactivity of your staff team.
Looking at it now, this issue still isn't corrected. You still have inactive administrators, you only have one package staff member, you have no graphics staff and no review staff. This is a serious con... but you still manage to have 3 administrators.. there is no sense in having 5 people with admin access when there is hardly anyone on service staff.. I have to suggest you terminate that inactive admin that only has
55 posts and get him off your staff team completely because it's obvious he doesn't care about the community.
You should stop hiring any type of administrators, and ask one of your community staff to transfer and become the review team member, and maybe demote that other admin you have to one of these teams, because frankly it just isn't working for you have so much oversight ( leadership ) staff such as owners/admins, but then have no one in the actual staff teams that your site is about.
I would suggest opening recruitment for these teams, don't hesitate to fire inactive staff members.
Final/General Thoughts:
Your board layout and theme are superb as I said in the last review. I think the main problem your site is having is the inactive staff and that there is too much staff in leadership positions but none in the lower areas. To me it seems you have too many Chiefs and not enough Indians... work on this and your site will improve drastically.
You took my advice and fixed all of the other categories and boards which I applaud you for.. the main problem is your staff.
