Just an FYI, not sure if I will be handling this Quick Review but as for the " account for reviewer " field, that means the login for the reviewer to use while him/her is reviewing your site so he can access what a normal member can, not requesting a certain staff member.

Your Quick Review

Forum Pros:
For a forum that hasn’t opened yet, your forum looks great. You have a non-default banner which is great, and you have places where your services will be clearly pointed out, which is nice. Your forum looks like it will be able to open with minimal issues and looks like you’ll be able to focus on, well, promotion, which is perfect. Another thing I like is that your services look like they will be effective while being unintrusive. Your forum doesn’t have big flashing and moving ads which annoy me, so good job!
Your spelling and grammar is excellent. Scanning down I didn’t notice any issues. (I didn’t examine each forum throughly so I’m not guaranteeing there aren’t issues.) That makes your forum look professional overall. Nice job. Professionalism is especially important for new forums since people aren’t going to join a new site that looks junky or where it looks like the admin(s) have no clue what they are doing.

Forum Cons:
Well, your forum is generic. The look is bland with no colors except the blue at the top. Gray isn’t exactly a color that makes me excited about a forum. I would change some of the images or the skin to make it look more exciting or inviting. Another thing is it looks like any other promotion forum. None of the services are original, and nothing really stands out from the rest. If you’re wanting people to pick your site instead of other promotion forums, do something, well, original. It’s just that people are going to ask themself, “Do I want to advertise here or at a similar more established site?” It’s going to be hard to maintain a user base that way.
Another problem is your amount of staff. As a guest I can’t access the member or staff list, but in the recently online list I see three administrators and a global mod. That is WAY too much for a forum that hasn’t even opened it. Most sites only have one or two admins, and don’t even begin to consider more until later on. Even with that, you have a global mod added on. That’s overkill.

Final/General Thoughts:
Your forum is set up pretty well, but lacks anything to stick out from the crowd.

What was most liked about the website/forums:
Professionalism, the way it’s set up.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The number of staff, the blandness.
Final Score : Score - 6 (Out of 10)

Thanks for the review! Well I have 1 admins that adds MODs, and stuff, and the other admin is the one who uploaded the forum. And we're going to be thinking extra hard after we open it for a original service.

You don't need an admin just for adding staff really.

Irviding, I think he means Modifications 😉
Yeah, when I posted that I was just out of bed 😛

Still, you really don't need people with Administrator positions just to add modifications and others to upload your forum.. study your software a bit if you're unsure of how to do something, hiring people all over your site just to do simple tasks doesn't look too good to members.
