Your Quick Review
Pros:
-Your forum's guest (default) skin is very nice. I love that background and how the whole skin works together. It looks great, and while you can tell it's phpBB, it's very unique. I logged in and noticed the member default skin is different, I say it should be the guest skin.
- Your activity is right on track. It's not perfect mind you, but it could be worse. I would keep on promoting, and for now it's fine, but by the end of September, I would say have at least 1,000 posts.
- I like the idea of having the game review service. It's sort of like this review service...but for games.
😛 I think that will help people.
- You have a .co.cc domain. That's better than having the default freepowerboards domain.
- Your spelling and grammar in the board descriptions were great. No errors stuck out. Notice though I didn't scan in-depth though so I'm not guaranteeing there are no errors.
- You are not overstaffed. Some people have like 3 admins on forums your age, glad to see you're different.
Cons:
- So many forums do this, and yours does too. You have WAY too many off-topic boards. You have 5 game-related forums, and 6 off-topic boards. You should focus more on your forum's purpose. (Notice Game Showcase, which should be the highlight of your forum, has no posts.)
- Your forum has a little over 100 posts and you have like 70! I'm glad you are trying to contribute but that looks really intimidating to new members. Every forum that has posts on the index has you as the latest poster.
- The group "scethers" should be "sketchers". That should be easy to fix.
- Like nobody on your forum seems to be posting about game development. In fact, most of the forums just have posts by you. That might make things hard in the long run.
- I'm not quite sure what's up with your skin selector. You've got all these weird numbers and then just randomly prosilver. That makes people not be able to tell what the skin is going to look like or even named before they select it.
Final/General Thoughts: Your forum is set up OK, but seems to be off-focus.
