Pros:
- Your forum seems to be active enough for a week. 250 posts is a solid amount for the time you've been open. You should do plenty of post exchanges, that will boost your forum's post and member count. That might even help bring in new members. Those new members should become active, and the cycle continues.
- Your layout is simple. I like that. You don't have a ton of boards which is good and it's easy to find what you're looking for.
- You are not overstaffed. I'm not sure why you need an in-game and support team, but for the time being you're fine. I don't like the idea of having those groups open, however. 3 staff members is fine for right now, which is good. I wouldn't hire any more soon though.
- Your board descriptions have good spelling and grammar. This is a lot of things forums have trouble with so I'm glad to see yours was different.
Cons:
- *yawn* Your skin is close to the default proSilver. That's sort of boring. You should spice it up with a new skin or some custom icons. Because now your skin is just "meh" and no new member is going to want to join your generic forum over a more established one.
- Some of you and your staff's post did not use good grammar. Sentences were often short and not capitalized. This was even in stickies. I would start fixing that.
- What in the world is with your banner? It looks like someone took an already poor quality image, shrunk it down and then added some cheesy text on it. That font so does not match the image. You should look for a new banner.
- I don't get the point of your forum. What kind of clubs are there? What are they for? I don't get it. Maybe I'm missing something. Also, you have a ton of off-topic forums which takes the focus away from whatever these clubs are.
Final/General Thoughts: Your forum is stuck in the realm of mediocre forums.
