Pros:
-Your "Hosting" page has a nice, clean layout. This makes it easy to get straight to the content.

Cons:
-I don't think that the advertisement in the header for "Superior cPanel hosting" is necessary on every page; you already have hosting plans on your home page and on your hosting page. It makes your site look very cluttered and messy in some places. If anything, make it smaller.
-You have some very odd color combinations on your site. I'm not a big fan of the gray banner with white body. I'm also not a big fan of the light blue links on white. There are also some places of your site that have white text on a light gray background. This may be difficult to read for some users.
-The layout of your home page is very cluttered. The removal of the cPanel hosting advertisement at the top (I don't think it's really necessary) may help to make it look more open.
-There is an empty forum on your board's index. I would recommend posting at least one topic in there (even if it's only an announcement of some kind); empty forums can be off-putting to prospective members (or customers, in your case).
-Your forum's stats look very low at a glance. I would recommend doing a few post exchanges for some start-up posts.
