Pros:
You are not overstaffed. 2 global admin/mods are absolutely fine for a forum of your size. I wouldn’t hire anymore though, you’re fine for now. Both of you seem very active.
I like the skin of your forum. It’s very glossy and modern looking. It’s not the most elegant thing ever, but it works. I thought the arrow designs that are on the forum titles are very cool looking. I also like some of the post-view elements.
- For just a few days of being open, 25 members and a few hundred posts is very good. I think you’re off to a good active start.
Cons:
Your forum layout is massive. You have WAY too many forums, especially for a forum of your size. I don’t get the point of your forum. Is it anime? Then why are there so many other forums? Is it general discussion? Then why is there a ton of specific anime forums? You need to minimize your layout.
Your spelling/grammar could be improved. A lot of sentences lacked proper punctuation. “Talk all about Naruto” should be, “Talk all about Naruto.” That’s just one example, there are a ton like that. Also, “Anime Storys” should be, “Anime Stories.” There are a lot of errors like that.
- Why do you have an all anime forum that says, “Talk about every single anime here” when you have Naruto, Bleach, etc. forums above. In that aspect, the forum should be Other Anime.
Final/General Thoughts: Your forum really has nothing really special to it, which is why you need to make changes.
