Pros:
I like the nice skin
🙂, it blends well and runs with the theme of Writing.
The logo looks great, not your usual logo and that is what makes this forum special, though adding some "Pizazz" to it would be nice.
The small index is nice for a forum your size.
Cons:
We know you moderate the forums, so adding it saying so is redundent. Administrators do watch the whole board, so adding your name as a moderator gets in the way and is pointless.
I would change the "News" forum from "Watch this forum.." to something a little more descriptive. Like if you realease featured articles, News of the forum, ect.
Adding more descriptive descriptions would make your forum look more professional and well laid out.
Final/General Thoughts:
It looks like a really nice forum, with a little bit of work it will be superb. Just nail those cons I brought up and render some things you see and your forum has a chance to be great!
What was most liked about the website/forums:
I liked the flow of the theme and the "Quick Template Change" box. That was very handy and fun to use.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The note stating the moderator of each and every forum you have.
