Pros:
- You've got a really cool domain. I love when people mix the name with the TLD. It's really cool, and I think it's something that should be done more often.
- Your index is very clean. The forums are very short in height when listed, which is good. (It's always good to have more things in view.) It's all easy to read, and it's very easy on the eyes.
- Your logo fits in with your skin quite nicely. It's visually appealing, and presents a happy feel. It's a good positive vibe for people to see for your forum.
- I like the custom forum icons. They are veggie-related, and go well with your theme. It makes it more…yours.
- You're not overstaffed. You're the only staff member, and that is absolutely fine for now.
Cons:
- Your skin is bland. That green does not look good. It's not an appealing shade. Also, your skin looks like every other MyBB skin in the overall layout. I want more MyBB forums to be…different.
- You have too many forums. It makes you look really inactive, and it's confusing for new members. For example, is it really necessary to have a "New Vegetarian" AND "New Vegan" forum? Couldn't those be in one? Why is there a "Children" AND "Family and Relationships" forum? Are children not family? Just go over your index and see which forums are REALLY necessary.
- A ton of your forum descriptions had words capitalized that really didn't need to be. "General talk for Activists." should be, "General talk for activists.", "Discussions for Technology." should be, "Discussions for technology.", etc.
Final/General Thoughts: You're off to a good start, just a few tweaks are needed.
