Pros:
Honestly, at first I thought it was an IPB forum; what I mean to say is you're got a great forum style. I never liked the portal idea about a forum but I think you're forum's portal changed that; you're portal is simple and doesn't look congested like many others do.

Cons:
On your menu bar, the image for Forums & Portal are missing. You're logo isn't really the best, I get what you tried to do, however the quality of the text isn't great, you can still spot the edgy corners. You're also lacking in the activity side of your forums, a lot of your forums have 0 posts; that's never good! Fill them up as soon as possible with quality threads/posts.

You're off to a great start, just do some tweaking and you'll be near-perfect within months.
