Pros:
I really like the name, Tech Wizards, it's unique and really catchy. The logo/banner is simple and nothing extraordinary but it's still very nice, goes well with the theme. I know you requested not be given feedback on your forum activity but to be honest, a forum that hasn't even been publicized and has 500+ posts, I think you've done a great job!

Cons:
Your theme! Do you have any idea how over-used it is? Sure it's nice and shiny looking but using an overused theme will not make your forum standout. Even if you were to use this theme, at least customize to a certain point where it will make it one of a kind.
You have way too many forums, cut down on the gaming and gfx forums; your forum is Technology oriented, have more tech related forums such as PC Discussion or such.

Final/General Thoughts:
You have a very good job on the domain and the number of forum posts but that is not enough to catch a visitor's interest in your forums.
