Cons: I am not a huge fan of your banner. I would recommend having a new one designed (or designing a new one yourself). The pictures don't really fit together well in terms of colour.
I think that your layout could use some more organization. For example, instead of just having one section for chat, you could have separate sections for common things like music, sports other than football, movies, et cetera.
I would recommend moving "Announcements, News, and Feedback" (the category) to the top of your forum. I think that news should be first and foremost. You may also consider separating feedback from announcements. It just seems more organized that way. This is purely optional, though.
Your forum descriptions are not gramatically correct, nor are they full sentences. Each description should be one or two complete sentences.
