Pros: Your theme looks really nice! It suits your site, and it's attractive. I like your logo. It's simple, but it looks really nice. Well done.

Albeit a bit long, your layout covers the subject of your site well and gives just the right amount of outside discussion. I wouldn't change your forum layout.

Cons: You need to start creating content. Make topics in the empty forums. Also, I recommend that you do some post exchanges so that your forums will be full of topics and posts when you're ready to open the forum to the public.

Your forum descriptions are good for the most part (I like the image descriptions on the league forums), but some of them have some grammatical errors. Proofread your descriptions for capitalization errors. Only proper names should be capitalized mid-sentence. For example, "Suggestions, Questions, Problems, and Concerns will be dealt with here" (the description of "Feedback") should be "Suggestions, questions, problems, and concerns will be dealt with here." Also, your top description for your news forum is missing the word "here" at the end.
