Pros
Good activity start, yet most posts seem to be in private forums.
Your forum is new and hasn't had many visitors yet. This is positive for you as it gives you a lot of time to work on your forum before too many people have seen it and gained an impression of it.
Cons
Your logo is pretty awful, it looks very flat and boring. Having the main text the same colour as the background makes it hard to read. It doesn't stand out at all.
Not all your boards have content it, when you open a forum it is important to have a little content so your members feel a reason to post.
There is a broken Image next to the Rules in the menu bar
Menu bar is far too wide as is the board index.
You are using a free style, the background is really bad and it is too dark.
Login button has shortened words on buttons, looks very unprofessional.
