Staff Professionalism
The first thing I noticed is that you have moderators in certain sections of your forum but not in others. I didn't know why until I read your thread about hiring moderators. It was then that I noticed that you allow your moderators to pick which area they'd like to moderate in. I know a lot of people will just hire a couple of global moderators, it is not unheard of for some people to just have section moderators. I've seen it done on other forums and I know it can work. However, if you are going to proceed with the section moderators idea, then I would have a moderator for 'Webmasters Palace', another for 'Social World' and so on. Have your moderators cover the whole section, not just one little area. To me, it just makes it look like parts of your forum is being moderated / managed and the other half is being over looked.
Site Structure
I think there are some areas on your forum that don't necessarily need their own section on the forum. If it were me, I would have "hobbies" area or "fun" area so that I could combine the sports section and the movies/tv section into one section. I'm just not seeing the point in having those two in two different sections and it also doesn't looking pleasing just to have a section with just one area in it.
Site Statistics
I know that your forum hasn't been open that long but I think it can do better in the activity area. You can improve this with a couple different ideas. One is trying to have a contest around the forum. Make it fun. If guests viewing your forum can see that the current members are having fun, then they'll want to join in on the fun. Also, you can check out the package area on Forum Promotion. You can order a package from out package team to look like you've gained some new members and help promote activity. One more thing, you can do exchanges with other individuals here on Forum Promotion. This will do the same thing has requesting a package from our package team. I requested this in case you do not have enough FP currency to request a package but you do have the time to exchange posts with others. Some people have gained activity this way and helped their forum look more active.

I know that I've focused on just weakness' in my review but I wanted to point them out to you to help you improve your forum. It was not my intention to sound like a 'Negative Nancy' in my review.
