Pros:
Your theme is a dark theme, yet very pleasing on the eyes, which is the perfect combination when looking for a theme.
Your layout is great, having the site related stuff up the top, the main content and then the off topic section down the bottom is the best way to go, and you have gone that way.
Your banner stand out a lot, because the light green with the green glow really makes it emerge from the dark background.
This is a bit of a weird one, but the colours you have chosen for staff are great. They blend in yet it is easily visible as to whether they are staff or not.
Cons:
Not to be mean, but your grammar and spelling are absolutely horrible. First up, your banner has "A Area for your portfolio", it should be "An area for your portfolio". "All Latest Updates and announcements will be posted here. Keep yourself Updated by viewing it here" should be "All the latest updates and announcements will be posted here. Keep yourselves updated by regularly visiting this forum". That is generally where you go wrong, your structure of your sentence and using the right type of the word.
Splitting the affiliates up in sections is bad, keep them all in 1 line so they dont make the page more length than it should be.
The links on the menu are right at the bottom, vertically centering them would make it look a lot neater and better.

There are many graphics forums out there, but with dedication you can go far.
