Your Quick Review
Pros:
- For only being open a day or so, you're statistics are good. 200+ posts and nearly 20 members is good. Hopefully you can grow and keep your members active.
- You have a favicon, which is good. That helps when people want to access from a bookmark list. Very nice.
- Your logo fits your site. If there's one thing that really annoys me, it's generic non-fitting logos. Or ones that have poorly cut-out renders.
Cons:
- Your site is generic Web 2.0-wannabe. Everything is glossy, embossed, and everything has this curvy and light style to it. That's all fine and good, but it's overdone. Also, of all things, you have your site labeled "beta", which I fail to understand. You don't really "beta" a forum after it's opened.
- Your skin is not fluid. That can get really annoying. On larger monitors, more than half my screen is the gray background. That's not very exciting. Any skin nowadays should be fluid so it can support any resolution.
- For a site called "Let's Chat", you've got 5 chat forums, and 5 non-chat forums. I'm not saying go crazy with forums, but add 3 or so more. That way it's more balanced, and you have more chat forums than other types.
- There were a few minor grammar errors.
For example,
"Want to increase the activity on your forum? Post a topic about your forum here and drive traffic to your forum in no time!" should be, "Want to increase the activity on your forum? Post a topic about your forum here, and drive traffic to your forum in no time!" Also, "Discuss or chat with others members about games and console-related topics."
Final/General Thoughts: Your site is off to a good start, but looks too underdone.
