Your Website Review
Pros:
- The color scheme of your site is very nice. It's very Web 2.0 looking. It's also user friendly, with large buttons and easy to read information.
- Your pages were simple but effective. It steer cleared of confusing terms and most pages had a link to all your other pages so you always were able to reach what you wanted.
- Even your shopping cart checkout had a very elegant interface to it. The blue was really good looking and went well with the rest of the site. Everything just worked.
- It was nice to see a Live Support option. Some people need or wish to talk to someone before buying, so that's good to have.
Cons:
- Your "Privacy Policy" is nothing but the Lorem Ipsum text. It should be updated, to well, give the actual privacy policy. A privacy policy is definitely something you want users aware of.
- Your logo is really not that great. It's just italicized text with this odd square glow. It doesn't match the metal gloss of the rest of the site.
- I had to dig through your site, and finally ended up finding it on the forums of all places, to find your Terms of Service. Those should be apparent to everyone and on the bottom link bar.
Final/General Thoughts: You offer a nice service.
