Pros: I do like you theme, the colours really do go together and is something different. The actual them is basic but is clean and well designed and was easy to navigate round. The forum's logo I really liked, I loved the retro joystick and not only that it fitted in with the actual theme of the site.
The actual forum lay out is good you have got the basics right, however to help improve your post count how about moving the general discussions in to an off topic section at the lower part of the board index and add a few move forums, like silly threads, sporting discussions etc, this will give something else for posters to use and reply to and will keep them active.
Cons: First thing is your affiliate box, this really should be at the bottom of your screen not top, look at moving this to the bottom, the reason is it pushes the forums down the page and the last thing a new guest wants to see is loads of little adverts.
The new thing I feel needs work on is forum descriptions, they explain what the forum is but are a little short and lack depth, I would advise you to get them re-written. Loopy Legend did mine for me and he is very good at it send him a pm and he might do you a deal. You have two many empty forums and the post count is rather on the low side but is nothing that can't be fixed. As admin you should be looking to be posting as much as possible. I opened a day before you and already have over 200 posts. You really need to get the post count up so, look at getting some posting packages done, doe a few posting exchanges and getting some content on your forum yourself.
Final/General Thoughts: Ok you have got a nice theme with a nice logo and the general layout is good, take on board the advice I have given you and really increase your post count and there is nothing to say your site will not be around for years to come. Also look at what other forums like yours are doing and look at using some of their ideas on your site.
