Pros:
- I like how your skin is customized in a way. It is Halo/XBOX related which is good. That makes forums such as yours less generic.
- Your banner is nice. It looks good on your skin. However, it would be better if you could Photoshop it to have your forum's name on it, instead of having forum name under it. It still looks nice though.
- Despite the moving scroller, it isn't annoying. Usually moving stuff drives me nuts on a page, thankfully yours wasn't that annoying.
- Your layout is good. I would watch the amount of off-topic forums though, don't want to have too many of those. Right now it's good though.
Cons:
- I don't know about the level of dark your forum has. It's like completely black which makes it boring. There's like nothing on the skin that's exciting or especially convinient to read. I'd reconsider the color scheme.
- I understand you're the admin, but I'd be careful about how many posts. You have almost half the posts on the forum, and seeing you be the only one posting could intimidate new members.
- The calendar seems to not be used. It has dates on it but no events. You could just remove it if it's not going to be used.
