Theme & Design
So, to start off this review over Reliable Promotion, let's look at some of the strengths I can see in Reliable Promotion. One of the main strengths that grabbed my attention was the theme & design of the forum itself. The theme you are currently using is a theme I have yet to see used on a MyBB forum but I do know that it isn't a custom theme but either way, it isn't something I have seen so it is nice to see something new being used on a promotion site instead of the basic themes that get used over and over. One thing that I really love about the theme would have to be the color scheme, the light but also dark blue with a gradient effect & the mix between white & gray really work well together when making a light themed website. Another thing that I love about the theme would have to be the icons that show if a board is new or read, the chat icons and how they change from gray to blue when they have been read or not really fit the theme and really seem to work well while looking great. So with that, let's move onto the 2nd strength I picked out about Reliable Promotion.
Banner / Logo
Looking at your banner / logo, the color & font go great with the theme's color scheme but one thing I think you could add to really make the banner stick out more would be to add an image in front of it. If your site is based off of reliability, then why not find an icon that would match your site colors & have it be 2 hands shaking or something that really speaks "reliable". This isn't something that is highly necessary but simply something you could look into if you so choose. But other then that, your banner looks quite amazing and really suites the theme you have chosen to use for your website. But overall, your banner looks great and there really isn't much else I can think of about it that would need any work. It isn't too big nor too small and it really sticks out when visiting the site so great work! So now, let's move onto the weaknesses of your site.

Board Organization & Redirects
Looking at the site, the one thing that I could pick out as a weakness that really stood out to me was the organization of your boards. What I mean by this is on the main page of your forum, you have "Stage Ads" and then "Headlines". Now this wouldn't really be an issue but your headlines board holds your important news and updates which if this is the case, that should be at the top since that is something you want your members & staff to see first because that sort of stuff would be all the important information that you would need them to see instead of worrying about ads. One other thing I think is strange that you have on your site is the redirects counter on each and every board. I honestly do not see the need for this because there really isn't a need to show how many redirects it has already gotten to be honest. Something you could add there would be recent topics to show what topics people have recently replied in or even created to keep the community up to date and will also give them some idea of what is being talked about. So my suggestion would be to look around your site and reorganize your boards and look into what you could add to get your members more interested and keep them interested in your site. So now, let's wrap up this review with my final remarks.

Reliable Promotion is a very cool site and was a great site to get to review in the end. I really enjoyed seeing a new theme be used on a promotion board and I really loved the creative color scheme that was used. Even though the site is MyBB, it is still a great site and really has potential. You have done a great job designing it and getting it to what it is today.
