First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The portal seems messy and unprofessional. I instantly noticed you were using forumotion which isn’t really a good thing. If you are going to be using a free forum host, try to make it not seem like it. The nav bar is confusing, because you’d think that if you click home, it would just take you to the portal, but that’s what you have to click to get to the forum. Do you need to have it show who the mod of each forum is if it’s the same for every single forum? Remove that, it’s not necessary.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
You have way too many forums. You don’t need the Introduction Forum. You can merge that and the R&A Game Forum together. Merge the Events forum and the News, Announcements, and Updates forum. I take it as Our Forum is for questions about the forum so, Our Forum and Suggestions can also be made into one forum. All of your Gaming forums from General Discussion to Other Games can all be thrown into one forum. Normally all of those other forums are normally just talked about in General Discussion. You don’t normally see sports in a gaming category, and I’d think about maybe moving that one down to the Community & Contact. Get to know you can be made a sub-forum under Introduction. Contact us can me merged with the Our Forum and Suggestions forum. Help, Chat Forum, Tech Support, and Others can all be made into one forum as well. I’m not sure what the difference is between Others and Chat Forum, and as your forum is focused on gaming, those other two can also be thrown in there.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You say your forum started in May when it was created in April of 2009, but it may have just been created and not used until May, so we’ll go from there. You’re averaging fewer than 6 members per month, which is not good at all. You’re also averaging about 2.4 posts per day. Each member has an average of about 13.4 posts. Your forum doesn’t have very many posts recently either. You need to advertise heavily.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You don’t need 4 staff members right now. You don’t even need 2, but since it’s a partnership, that’s different. The extra mod that you have right now is not needed though as over 10% of your members are apart of the staff. From what I see, A and GivtItAll are the only staff that still go on to your forum. Only 50% of your staff is active. Get your staff active, or get rid of your other moderator as you don’t need that many staff anyway.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
In the Suggestions description is says this “You can aslo suggest how we can improve our forum and our community.” The word also is spelled wrong. In Site Promotion, “Advertise” is spelled wrong. Is it “R&As” without the apostrophe or “R&A’s” with it? It has it in The Fun Forum and doesn’t have it in the Store. Make it so that it’s the same in both places.
