I think that you can't stop it as you can't change the way people think/feel, all you can do is force people to keep their opinions to themselves.

I don't know but some people do although i can't think of a reason.
Racism was bred into us a people, it all stems back to the early days of man, when anyone different were shunned, and it just grew from there. It will be very difficult to stamp it out, and to be honest, matters aren't made easy when you get muslim radicles doing what they are in the world..that just makes people hate them even more...and yes..I know it's not all of them, so please don't interpret what I'm saying as though I am sayng that.

I am gonna be honest..... I can be racist sometimes, but Only if people are racist to me 1st or I get angry at them. But I do stop myself from going to far 🙂 .... Sorry if you now all hate me.

Me and Racism don't mix, I rather it not be in this world.
I grew up in Detroit, possibly the most racist city in the U.S. It's one of the reasons I left.
That's not entirely true. Our modern concept of race, and racism, stems from the slave trade during the era of European colonialism, and the introduction of the cotton gin in the U.S.
Prior to that point, including the "early days of man," nationality and/or religion were typically the source of prejudices, not the color of one's skin.
Additionally, over time, the term "race" has lost any real meaning.

This is a rather controversial subject.
Racism does stem from the slave trade, and it's always going to be there. Whether we like it or not.
I personally am not racist, and neither are my family. But my Dads brother is. It's all down to the individual and how they think.
Whether somebody is black, white, asian or albino they have exactly the same things as each other, e.g. a heart, a brain, etc.
But then it works both ways, black and asians are just as likely to be racist to white people, but not many people seem to recognise it!

Oh, I dunno'. I like to think that we'll eventually outgrow it. Compare your generation to your grandfather's, for instance. I know there's a marked difference in those generations where I grew up.

I dont understand how people can be this way. Both sides of my family are different races. My daughter's mother is a different race. All of my friends are different races.. People are people. Why should their skin color or heritage determine what kind of person they are?
You cant never stop Racism as the goverments are forcing things like that down our neck everyday..by telling us we must employ this person to do this kind of job etc..And also if you are not british in the uk you dont get anything its the refugees that get it all and i know for a fact thats true and they are the ones that are changing us to be haters towards them as we want what they get to but we get told basicly to f-off...its ment to be equall between us all BULL...We will change when governments change...Its not blacks vs whites anymore its citizens of 1 country against the refugees thats happening now in there country all cause throw governments letting to many in and giving them everything...Its about time it stop and deal with there own citizens and then think about the refugees...Thats my veiws and im not rasist i just hate how we get treated cause of those refugees getting everything and we get nothing........

It wouldn't be a problem if they had a real path to citizenship.
There is a real path to citizenship, it's not impossible to do. I know a few people (friends and family) who themselves came legally to America under green cards and later got citizenship. Sure, it takes at least a year, but it's there.Snobothehobo said:
