Uptime and Reliability: Their uptime is very, very good.
Technical Support: Their support is not as good as some hosts, but it is pretty reliable nonetheless.
Customer Support: Same as above.
Pros:
- Their software is very good. You can create as many virtual servers as you want instantly, and turn them off/on, etc.
- You can create load balancers, mount virtual hard drives, create MySQL servers, and a lot more using their control panel.
- The entire service is pay-for-what-you-get, in that bandwidth is sold at a per gigabyte rate (I think 0.18 per GB) and the server time is sold per hour ($15 per month is their cheapest rate last I checked). This can be good or bad, but it means the sky's the limit. They don't suspend your account if you go over any kind of limit. The worst that can happen is your server can go down.
Cons:
- The service is a bit expensive.
Final Comments: Overall a very good host. Something to consider for VPS servers.
