JACRadmin , Nice to see you are using different services this will give you an advantage if you stick to the forum and put alot of effort into it and not to give up too easily ....

My Suggestions...

Get a domain .info (only 0.99$) or if not .co.nr or .uni.cc is fine for now..

The style seems ok a new banner is definately needed you need something to get it going 🙂
