Overall mark for Appearance 5/10


I'm sorry, but that skin is probably one of the worst phpBB3 skins I've seen. Please consider changing it, as it makes your forum look terrible. Seeing as Radio Hot Forum is basically a general chat forum, a dark skin like that doesn't suit it well! There are plenty of much nicer-looking phpBB3 skins/themes, and you can find loads of them on Google. The current skin you have would probably turn away lots of potential members. As far as the banner goes, the design isn't bad, but I'd suggest having the image be displayed once only instead of twice. And for this matter, you may have to make your banner bigger.

Overall Score for Layout 6/10

I personally think you have slightly too much categories and boards. You have 8 categories, which in my opinion is far too many for a forum like yours. It makes your forum look very inactive! Try limiting down to 4 categories. For example, you could move the "Fun and Games" forums into the "Main Lounge" category. That saves you some space. And you certainly don't need a whole separate category for "Announcements and Competitions."

Overall Score for Number of Members 5/10

I see that your forum was built even before July 1st, 2008, but you only have 46 members. Unfortunately in the forum world, this is a horrible number, as your forum is several months old but still very small. Consider doing more post exchanges, and advertising more. This should increase the amount of members you have.

1,812 posts by 46 members. This in a sense isn't bad, but when it meets your forum age, it isn't anywhere near good. Also, almost 1000 of them were made by one person. It does show that some of your members did post a bit to keep the forum alive, but once again, I will strongly suggest doing more post exchanges. You will get more members AND more posts forum it.

You killed it. 🙂 Great job with the moderation. It seems to be doing fine. From taking a quick look around the forum, I couldn't find any spam posts and what not.

Your spelling seems to be fine, however, you do have some grammatical errors here and there. You should use capitals for your two-word boards such as "Chat Hangout" and so on.

Conclusion

Seems that you've kept your forum a live for some quite time, which is essentially good, but growth is very slow, and activity is low. Here are some of my tips:

-Do more post exchanges
-Host some posting contests with decent prizes
-Mass advertise on other forums
-Post on other related forums with your link in your signature (don't do it on mine, though)
