They found very high levels of radioactive iodine in tap water at village located in same region as Fukushima nuclear plant. This is bad! They should cut all the water pipe from Fukushima.

Hmm, i wonder why? Could it have something to do with the fact that the nuclear reactor is leaking radiation and has been since day 1? Just wondering. Plus, japan is a disaster, anything else piled onto what devastated it already is just superficial.

Everyone keeps saying that China isn't letting on about how much radiation there actually is. Well duh, they are a communist country! 😛

If I lived there, I'd be as far away from the nuclear plants as possible.

I feel really bad for Japan. They are going through alot right now.

The facepalm heard around the world.

Japan is known for having lots of earth quakes and tsunami's. Why build a bunch of nuclear power plants in a country where there is a high possibility of natural disasters happening?

Yeah, that situation was really a ticking time bomb.

Yeah.... parts of it. That's the same as saying the entire US was a disaster during Hurricane Katrina. Tokyo was basically untouched.

That's terrible! What all this people are going to do?

If I lived in Japan and survived this stuff, I'd be on the next boat, plane, whatever out of there.

On the news, they reported that their nuclear detectors were picking up trace amounts of radiation in Hawaii and the West Coast, but not enough to effect us. I also hope all of the best there is Japan.

Hopefully, the Japanese can more easily become refugees and migrate to America, Canada, and countries far away from the radiation until the Japanese government have the radioactive situation under control.

Your probably going to have to float on a door and let Leonardo DiCaprio die in the water next to you.

But in case you need a boat, take this one.

I really feel for the people of Japan. First the terrible earthquake and tsunami, and if that wasn't enough to deal with now they have all the worry about the nuclear stations. What scares me is that the information that is coming out of Japan is worrying. But it seems that whenever there are problems with nuclear reactors and from disasters in the past the government in that country seems to play down the fears. Like it is always worse that they are actually letting on.

So this worries me, is it actually worse than they are admitting to the world news? They are saying they have everything going ok for the time being and nothing to worry about but then they are moving people away and saying not to let infants drink the water. Sounds like there ARE things to worry about.
