Ramos replaces Schuster at Real

Wow, I'm surprised he's become Real Madrdi manager -surprise-

So was I.

I just went onto BBC Sport and I saw it, I was really shocked.

I think this is good for Ramos, he's not a bad manager by any means, just had a really bad start to the premier league season. Hopefully he has learned from the mistakes he made with spurs and considering the style of football varies between countries I think he'll do well.

At least, I hope he does well. ~smile~

Wow, what a step up from the spuds. Hope he does well as he will be under a lot of pressure there.

Yeah, Real are worse than some Premier League clubs when it comes to hiring and firing. -lol-

In response to your comments on hiring and firing, managers aren't given a proper chance these days. Everyone wants them out if results don't go there way and they never get a proper chance to prove themselves.
