I think this is good for Ramos, he's not a bad manager by any means, just had a really bad start to the premier league season. Hopefully he has learned from the mistakes he made with spurs and considering the style of football varies between countries I think he'll do well.
In response to your comments on hiring and firing, managers aren't given a proper chance these days. Everyone wants them out if results don't go there way and they never get a proper chance to prove themselves.
