It needs to be change in ACP and the description doesn't have html in.

That was code edit to index.html or forumlist.html (template files) I don't know which one.

He could use a link rotator in php or HTML instead of having to update everything manually.

The random redirect is just a redirect forum which we change the URL to every so often manually.

The banner code was a code that we add to index-body.html.

You could make the forum link to an external php file which then redirects randomly
