All I want is a black border around them instead of that goldish one.

Sorry,to say the border is a bit too much,can you get the same stars with a 1px border and keep the color as #D4A017, make new ones,but the same thing.

So you want everything the same just a 1px boarder? but which color do you want the border now?

Sorry, can you do this

Resize to 20x20 and make it 125x25 and space 5 stars and like 1 dull etc.

make it dull like i gave you the 5 stars now make 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 dull like make the others stand out.

Not to be mean or anything but You are asking for a ton of work. Not that we cannot do it. However we are already backed up as it is.

Maybe, Try and ease on asking for more graphics.
