They look nice, but instead of 'Review Leader' I'd like it to say 'Review Team' and have some sort of way to show that they are the leader, maybe a gold lining?

Hmm I tried the gold outline but it was a bit hard to see. Maybe something like this? A gold star on top of their icon + bold text?
