When creating the ranks, try to match the two ranks from above. The first one with the solid purple background and the white text is a Team Leader Rank, and the other is a Team Member Rank. If you could have it like that when creating the ranks. For the Lead Ranks, you don't need to put Lead in the text, just shade in the rank like they have here on FP. 🙂
