Anyone else notice that most people assume you're dumb if you listen to rap? (Much like they assumed that of us wrestling fans in the 80's and 90's.) I've noticed this. I'm not sure if it's because people are dead set against listening to different types of music or if it's a stereotype because of how some of the rappers act. Anyone else notice this and/or have any ideas why it's like this?

I love rap and mostly all my songs on my iPhone are by Lil Wayne and I don't give a $H!T about what other people think of it.

I honestly do not like rap at all (oh and I stereotype heavily 🙂)

The only rap I like is the funny stuff at Youtube, other than that I really don't consider it a form of music.

Nah, most rap is just sheet, and a lot of idiots tend to listen to it. Older stuff like Boogie Down Productions is pretty good though, only rap I listen to.

There's some rap out there that's good, but most of it is garbage, especially modern rap artists.

Basically, rapping about doing drugs and hoes and killing whitey is terrible, and the people that listen to it idiots.
