Pros:

The colours are very vibrant throughout the skin, it makes me feel very happy, and will make potential members feel the same way.

I believe you started over, and you pretty good stats for being open for being open for only 4 days.

You have very good length forum descriptions, not too long and not too short.

Your new post/topic icons are great, I can easily tell if something is new or not.

Cons:

You have a shoutbox, they take away activity from the forum itself, I would remove it.

The length just to scroll to the first forum is big, I would remove some stuff like the shoutbox (as stated), the Affiliates, and at least 1 of the Ad spaces, it just makes it too long.

On the logo, the slogan is over the site name, maybe a smaller font size could do the trick.

Removing all the "Service coming soon" signs, you dont need to tell everyone by plastering it everywhere you can, remove them while you dont need theme there.

Also, can i just say, the shoutbox helps members aswell. People dont often post on it, its easier for them to see what has just been replied to, see if someone has replied to there requests wihout constantly refreshing the page . Thats why its there 🙂
