What happens now that UN had issued a sanction on North Korea? Another question is the threat of North Korean president Kim Jong Un to bomb Guam. That mad maniac is provoking the US as if they can go to war huh. Soldiers cannot fight on an empty stomach. That should be clear to Kim.
