We are currently switching from Windows to Linux.
Saving us ££ in license costs...among other reasons.
Plesk will become cPanel, some will be pleased to hear.
ZamFoo will be installed, so master and alpha reseller plans will be introduced.
We have our own dedicated server but will host a VPS as cPanel is cheaper. 😎
Softaculous will be installed and CloudFlare will be introduced as soon as the partnership request, recently filed with CloudFlare Inc, is accepted. Also, PostgreSQL databases will be introduced. 🙂

Congratulations on a successful switch over! I personally prefer cPanel to Plesk (although there are some other fantastic linux based control panels around).
The only issue is that you have become a more generic host i.e. less differentiated. I'm sure there are people out there who prefer Plesk and would be less price conscious. Anyway- congrats! 😀

Sadly, we cannot offer a free call back service to customers outside of the UK due to the high costs of international calling. But, to make up for that we have Live Chat support. Live Chat is not 24 hours but is available whenever our staff are online...which happens to be a large majority of the working day. 🙂
