First Impressions & Appearance
I have to say I just love all your work with graphics. You make your designs and images feel slowing and Web 2.0ish. It keeps your forum looking smooth and modern. I had a problem with the background behind the logo. It has the logo preloaded and the background behind the logo always reloads and makes the page look off for a second.
Your custom theme is a huge plus. The fact that you made this from scratch and designed images like this is just amazing and it looks very, very nice! I especially like the navigation bar. It isn't in the way and fits the flow of the site and just looks.. awesome!
The bottom of the home page feels weird to me how the columns don't match up. Maybe have a set number of characters to be displayed in each preview box? That will help make it neat. It may just be me but right now it seems just a little off.
Otherwise, nice theme and great work. It really pays off and makes your forum custom.

Site Layout
I like your layout. You seems to have important news, then the main red devils discussion, then other football discussion, then off topic. That is a really great setup you have and I'd keep it as such. Very nice job on the forums layout.
The milestones and statistics look misplaced. Maybe put the milestones before statistics? I am not sure if it would be better there or where it is now. Try it out and see what you like. Picturing it i'd think it would look better above the stats.
Generally the rest of the site is very well organized. I think on the nav bar, put Contact us at the end right after links. Just to keep the general flow of things. Also, on the gallery, I'd either have the newest photos or the random photos. Because of the way that mod is made, both things look the same and are right next to eachother and so it just doesn't look right and is sort of redundant.

Statistics and Activity
I can't exactly bug your forum for only 5,000 posts because you are a more specific genera forum then say a music forum. However you do manage some good activity. I only see four forums with posts from just yesterday. All others have been posted in at least once today. You've got a strong community backing your forum and I see you will be taking off very soon.
To boost your activity, do what your community wants. Here's an idea to boost activity: Ask members to submit a form to you asking what they want out of the site (something other than it is great or bad) and see if one idea is popular you add it to a list of things to add. Same with promotion threads you have. Ask the viewers of the thread to take a minute and fill it out or however you want to do it. Molding your forum after your community will really help you connect with them and have a even stronger and more vast community.

Staff Moderation
Your staff are doing a great job on the forum, you have two administrators and one moderator. Everyone on staff actively participates in discussion and updates. I like how friendly all the staff are. They accept criticism and always help out. I have to say you have a really strong group of staff members right now.
Your forum is kept clean and rules followed. For the short amount of staff you have, every single person is doing a great job.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
All staff's posts are professional and friendly and always kept to the subject. As well as the whole forum.
The General Discussion forum should be re-written. I understand it but I believe there is a better way to say it. Just not sure. Try freshening it up.
In Squad Announcements "Newly registered to RDF" would be better as "Are you ewly registered to RDF?".
Other than those, your forum is very high in grammar and spelling levels. Good job!
