Read every Unread posts/topic

Do you read every unread topic/posts on your forum or any forum?

Why would you and why not. Is it a good idea or not. MAybe you have 5000 unread posts and still read them all 😛 Do you read each person posts or skip them?

I try to read every post on forums I am involved with, but sometimes there is just too many to read them all.

I have a system where I do end up reading every post on my forum. I'm the only Staff so nobody else is there. Now if I got bigger, I'd need help to monitor. Just to be sure people are staying civil.

No, I don't read all the threads/posts...I just don't have the time (or desire).

No, I probably read about 1% of what is on a forum because otherwise you'd run out of time keeping up with everything.

Also, I wouldn't want to read stuff I'm not interested in.

I read things that catch my eye. Usually it’s the community matters section. Or if I see official tags that are out of the ordinary. I like to go where the drama potential is highest.

If it's a bad enough violation I bet your members will report it 🙂 My members are learning on CH what I'll let slide and what's an actual rule violation. The biggest problem is always Flaming 🙁

Me, I read every single unread content on FP 😛 no wonder I have no life at times, and so I read and look and reply till there is nothing else to read. So 5 pages worth of unread, then I view them all. Weird that I do it for selected sites but my own...
