Regarding website review, I am always honest with my opinion. However, it is not a good idea to be too blunt with a negative comment when you don't really know the person who owns the website. Just to be on the safe side, what I focus on are the positive aspects of the website. However, I am not afraid to mention the defect if I find one because I agree that a constructive criticism is beneficial.
