I quite like the template but a black & orange logo doesnt go with a white and blue skin so I would change it.

The forum looks nice, but I don't like how you can't see any of the boards as a guest. This will probably turn away many members, because no one wants to join a forum they can't preview first, right?

Otherwise, it is a very nice forum, and it looks like you are gaining many members fast for a fairly new forum.
