reCAPTCHA II Mod Help

I installed this mod for my forum - http://mods.mybboard.net/view/recaptcha-ii
But it doesn't work, it doesn't show up on the registration page at all. I have added the settings such as the recaptcha public and private key but still doesn't work.

At General Configuration, is "CAPTCHA Images for Registration & Posting" set to on?
