Yes I use Photoshop CS3.
I have been using Photoshop for a little over a week.
I used to use GIMP.

Yeah.
I use a grungey C4D and set the render to screen.
I then brushed around on another some what transparent layer with a grey grunge brush.
And Lastly I smudge a green and blue Effect C4D across the top layer.
