Appearance
Logo is the first thing I noticed, so let's go with the logo. In my opinion the size is a just a bit too big. I like the font, it shows pixels and it actually looks really cool, so the does color (which matches with the whole runescape niche). I'm not too sure about the AD tho..it's very distracting. The forum theme itself is very basic, which isn't a bad thing. Your url hover color blend in with your background color.
Layout
You follow the
standard forum structure, official forums progressing to more detailed forums. However, for a young forum, you have quite a lot of forums. I would suggest you lessen the number of forums and focus on those. I do very much like the left side bars.
First Impressions and Interest
I'm not a runescape fan, but for a forum in general, I wasn't all that enticed by the theme.
Content
You've got a handful of topics, few forums are still empty. Perhaps you should consider adding description to your forums.
